On Monday 19th November St Teresa’s Gardens Regeneration Board hosted an evening with Senator Lynn Ruane in the Donore Youth and Community Centre. Senator Ruane was here to speak about her life experience and her journey to becoming a Senator. Senator Ruane spoke about growing up In Tallaght, the ongoing support of her parents, events in her childhood and teenage years that influenced her choices and the work she now does as a Senator.
Senator Ruane’s experience is something that resonates with us in the community and Lynn has expressed her interest in keeping in touch with us in St Teresa’s Gardens. We hope this is the start of a great relationship.
