Hines Open Day for Player Wills/Bayley Gibson site 12th March

The developer Hines unveiled designs and more details for around 1,400 apartments, on lands of the old Player Wills cigarette factory, and Bailey Gibson site, which adjoin St. Teresa’s Gardens. In addition, Dublin City Council plans to provide around 600 social and affordable homes, a park and a sports pitch on adjoining land as part of a development masterplan for the area.
Hines plans to restore the Player Wills factory building to provide shared amenities, including a gym, cinema rooms and co-working spaces, as well as cultural space and artists’ studios. Hines has also entered into a partnership with Inner City Enterprise (ICE), which will involve Hines providing financial assistance to enable ICE to support the development of small businesses and social enterprises in St Teresa’s Gardens and surrounding areas.
