On Friday, 19th of February 2021, the first St. Teresa’s Gardens Resident, Kris Taylor, received her key to a new home on Margaret Kennedy Road, in a very small, COVID-compliant event presided over by the Dublin Lord Mayor Hazel Chu and Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien TD. Residents will begin moving from the St. Teresa’s Gardens flats to Margaret Kennedy Road houses and apartments on25th of February. The full press release of the event can be found here
