Residents of St. Teresa’s Gardens and surrounding area had an opportunity to see a presentation from the architects of 54 new houses and apartments under construction on the regeneration site. Outlines of some of the most common floor plans were marked on the floor of the Sport Hall in Donore Youth and Community Centre, and further visual aids were displayed on the walls. Architects were also able to answer any questions and concerns, and the general feeling was that the size, design and general finish of the houses and apartments was quite impressive.
